Tuki Chat is committed to helping prevent child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) on our service. These standards explain what is prohibited, how concerns can be reported, and how Sakron responds.

Zero tolerance for CSAE

Tuki Chat prohibits any content or behavior that sexually exploits, abuses, endangers, or attempts to harm children.

Reporting and review

Users can report child safety concerns in the app or by email. Reports are reviewed and actioned as quickly as possible.

Removal and account action

Content that violates these standards may be removed, and accounts involved in child exploitation or abuse may be suspended or terminated.

Legal compliance

Confirmed child sexual abuse material may be reported to the appropriate regional or national authorities as required by applicable law.

Prohibited content

Users must not create, request, share, promote, or distribute child sexual abuse material, grooming content, sexualized content involving minors, or attempts to exploit children.

How to report

Users may report unsafe messages or accounts inside Tuki Chat where reporting tools are available, or email the safety contact above with relevant details and screenshots.

Enforcement

We may remove violating content, restrict features, suspend accounts, preserve information needed for investigations, and cooperate with lawful requests from authorities.

Compliance statement

Tuki Chat complies with applicable child safety laws and maintains a process for reviewing and escalating child safety reports. Where legally required, confirmed child sexual abuse material may be reported to relevant regional or national authorities.
